Diana Petrina: Project Coordinator

Diana Petrina

Having heard the legends of the elusive ‘grilled cheese sandwich’, Diana left her sleepy hometown in search of something bigger.

Hailing from the small town of Stoney Creek, Ontario, where fancy, big city items like grilled cheese sandwiches are mere legends, Thrillworks Project Coordinator Diana Petrina is the poster child for sheltered upbringings. Once she hitched a horse-drawn carriage out of that sleepy town, she managed to complete such impressive feats as a Communications Media Degree at Brock University, followed by web internships at St. Joseph Media, where she showed off her new space-aged skills like web publishing, content management, and marketing.

Known to correct your spelling at the speed of light, Diana also holds the title of Shortest Interview in Thrillworks History of 5 minutes (or so she boasts). When she’s away from her desk, she’s posting original recipes online as a food and drink blogger, strategizing the next throw in her bocce ball league, and clinging to the 2005 fitness craze that was Pilates. She’s also near hoarder status with her almost 50 concert ticket stubs and substantial fashion magazine collection (which she is slowly transferring into the office under the radar).

Diana’s been in close proximity to Hollywood ‘stars’ like Clint Eastwood, Matt Damon and the aged cast of Saved By The Bell. She swears she doesn’t have a thing for celebrity stalking, but feels she can relate to their plight every time she goes back home with tales of her big city sandwich adventures.
